Largest Team The team with the most registered participants will receive special recognition and an award. Each participating team member needs to register individually and must designate their team affiliation.

APPLICATION/ENTRY FORM
All participants must fill out and submit a registration form. They may register online or use this form for mail or fax. Registrations must be received by August 31, 2008.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants of any age, located anywhere in the world are eligible to participate in the Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up event. An individual can win only one major prize. Employees, staff and board directors of AFCA are not eligible to receive prizes.
REGISTRATION FEE
In order to be eligible to receive a prize, individuals and team members must be registered for the climb. 2008 registration closes August 31, 2008.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Only donations received and cleared before 8:00am on October 15, 2008 will be considered in calculation of Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up 2008 award of prizes. Donations received after that time will be credited to the participant’s 2009 Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up fundraising efforts.
Top prize winners will be contacted on or before October 31, 2008.
TOP PRIZES
*The individual who raises the most money (with a minimum threshold goal of $6,000) will receive a ten-day trip for two to climb Kilimanjaro, including airfare. The Kilimanjaro climb prize winner will summit Kilimanjaro with a guest on September 19 or 20, 2009 as part of a team led by Summit Expeditions and Nomadic Experience; to coincide with Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up 2009 event. Trip is scheduled for September 13-22, 2009.
**The team which raises the most money (with a minimum threshold goal of $9,000) will receive a ten-day safari for two to Namibia, including airfare. The Namibia Safari must be scheduled between November 2008 – June 2009 in conjunction with CrissCross Namibia Safaris. (It is up to the winning team to decide how to select the team member who will receive the prize!)
*** The individual who raises the highest amount over $750 will receive this prize. Airfare is not included. Complimentary dinner for two at Restaurant DISH - gratuity and alcoholic beverages are not included.
